THE WEST WING
This was where the monks accommodated their male guests. At each end of the building was a passage, one beside the monastic kitchen, the other was the guests’ entry. The guest room between the passages had two large windows and a staircase that led to the dormitory which was lit by two windows to the west and two smaller ones to the east overlooking the cloister.
